i have an 82 cutlass with a buick 3.8l and i was wondering if a olds 455 would swap in without removing the inner fenders or the heater box. because i'm not using it for racing. if any tried this or have info please let me know

Yes, this has been done many times before. Stock valve covers just fit. You need the 307 frame mounts and rubber motor mounts (Anchor P/N 2328 if you are buying new ones). Use the W/Z exhaust manifolds from a 69-72 A-body if you don't want headers. Air cleaner clearance can be tight, particularly if you use a taller-than-stock intake.
