Hello everyone:
I have been a member to the forum for quite some time but have not put the time into the computer aspect of it until recently. Posted a few questions and always received a helpful answer.
I enjoy reading the topics and in fact found out where to buy knew frame rails and body mounts to restore my olds 82 olds cutlass from this forum. I will try to post some pictures of the project which was a full body off restoration. My dad and I restored the car over the past 2 years.
I managed to download a picture of my 87 olds cutlass which I drag race it is in my photo album. We put a 350 LT1 from a 95 camaro in it. The motor has the hot cam kit from GM as well as carburated intake manifold rochester carb with modifications. Heads are stalk but we matched the intake and exhaust ports. Chasiss dyno last september in Minnesota. 292 hp at the rear wheels. I was quite impressed with this number. I am running a set of shoenfeld headers which fit the d shaped combustion chambers quite nicely,
Does anyone body know where I can buy the plastic clips which hold the trim on around the vinyl roof at the back window?
Some day I hope to own a hurst olds. I have been driving several different olds cutlasses for the past 11 years.
Hope to chat
thanks
