Did you do a search here to find your answer? If so, you would have found your answers; Sanderson shorties for sbo ( which have severe quality issues ) and the Dick Miller headers for the bbo.

Sanderson's are decent headers, if you get a good set. I got three good sets, Double V got three bad, I believe. Most others got good headers from Sanderson. They have 1 5/8 primary, good for a 307, thick 3/8" flange requiring only RTV to seal. I use the aluminum or copper collector gaskets, you will also need custom down pipes. The Dick Miller or Hooker Super Comps are your only BBO header choices in G bodies. The Hooker's require stock tire width or you will burn them on the pipes.

I have the Hooker 3203s on mine. Very high quality and they fit perfectly. I'm running 215-65-15s and have very little problem with rubbing. They will rub on the tightest of parking lot maneuvers only. I don't like mini starters, the full-sized starter can be changed without touching the headers.

That would be nice. For my 87 that im putting the 455 in im pulling the body and redoing the frame and all that so quality is important. Of course im setting it up for autocross so fitment and function are important to so if you arent having any problems with them they will probably be the ones that i will go with. Btw Intragration i love how stock your car looks and hopefully i can pull that same mostly stock look just lowered quite a bit on either some chrome ssII wheels or the black torque thrusts with the chrome outer ring
