Well due to some circumstances that came up that were not in my control I had to postpone going and picking up my Cutlass a couple weekends ago. However as of now the plan is to go rent a trailer and haul it back next weekend 8) .
I can't wait, it will be great having a project car in the garage again. I already have quite a bit planned for the Cutty and I can't wait to dive in and start working on it.
For those that don't know this car had been slated for being used as a race car by my uncles brother. However they shut down all the circle tracks around here before he could tear into it. So it has been sitting untouched in his backyard for the last several years. It is a 1980 that started off life as a diesel and at some point had a Pontiac V8 swapped in, he is not sure of the size of the motor so that will be a surprise for next weekend.
I will eventually be putting together a build page for the car and I'll get pics up once its here. I can't wait to start diving into this beast and getting it built up. I expect to be posting here quite a bit once I get going on this thing.
