I saw these rims on CL and in the picture it sure looks like the outer edge is larger than the inside but in my head I know they have to be the same.

I am sure there might be some wheels out there that are designed that way but these are Centerline Auto Drags 15 x 9 rims and that is not the case here.It's possible that the front edge is larger than the back edge. The wheels on my dad's truck were like that but not such an obvious amount like the ones in that pic. When you're installing tires on the wheels you put the wheel on the tire machine face down.

Honestly I have watched many of my tires being installed using different machines and it is always mounted face up.
