Order lost...

I needed to fit some 6X9's rear speakers in my monte so i ordered a pair of adapters from Dixie Monte Carlo Depot on 8/19/09. I periodically checked their website's order status page to see if my order had been shipped. Up until yesterday, 10/8/09, the page said my order was In Progress and had not been shipped. So, I decided to finally give out and email the service department. I received an email back today that stated my order had been "lost" and that they refiled it. Later today I got confirmation that my order had finally been shipped and currently its on its way here.

I'm just writing this to sort of let anyway who plans to buy from Dixie Monte Carlo Depot that they may have to wait awhile. I don't mean to be negative towards Dixie Monte Carlo Depot. I'm mainly just looking out for other gbody guys. Also, if you do order from them, if it is taking a little too much time for your order to be shipped, don't be afraid to email their service department to see if that will speed things along.

Very common with them.

I personally won't deal with a business that doen't answer the phone, and expects you to leave your order on an answering machine.

The times they do answer the woman has no idea if any parts are in stock and no one is there that knows if they are.

It's a shame to since they list some good parts.
