Hello. As I type this, we are trying to figure out how to mount a painless 28 circuit harness fuse block to my fire wall, Pn 10201. Has anyone installed one of these in a GBody El camino? How did you mount your fuse block to the fire wall? Any info would great, pictures would be better. Thank you.

I used the Painless 20102 harness which is the universal bulkhead fuse block which fits back into the factory hole and retains the engine bay detachable bulkhead connector. For just a standard harness I would make a bulkhead plate that the "engine" side of the harness would go through with the large grommet and then mount it in factory location.
I have a Painless GM Universal 18-circuit fuse panel. However, I installed it in a different location on the firewall -- more towards the center and a bit higher -- in order to have more clearance down below. See picture.
