Yikes.....I would try to wet sand and buff the whole car. Use 1500 grit paper, then use a fast cut compound (buffer/sander), then swirl remover (random orbit polisher), no guarentees they will all come out but it willl be better (all depends on how deep the scratches are). Back when I cared about what my offroad rig looked like I had to do this every once and a while to keep the trail stripes at bay.
