Ordered a can of basecoat for my '84 H/O to paint the firewall and see what all the buzz was about.
Paint was a bit too dark when compared to the large 4x6 factory GM paint chip that I have and the can was full of clear (yes it was properly shaken).
They basically sent me clear coat with a tint of paint color and not to mention the can wasn't even completely full.
Called their customer service, it's a voicemail system that tells you they will call you within 24hrs.
I also filled out a ticket online.
I checked their customer reviews, 4/10, lots of supposed horror stories... probably should have done this first.
Filed a PayPal claim.
Going to a local paint shop instead...
Don't waste your time, just another typical get rich company by hiding behind the internet that hopes no one has the gall to file a claim... like most high volume eBay sellers out there.
I suspect they contract their business to outside shops since my order shipped from San Leandro Color.
