It's the one that connects to the lil vacuum ball for the heater controls. Anyone know where to get one? Mine snapped in half. I'm betting any 80s gm car in the yards are gonna be the same way, so that's a last resort.

You can substitute regular old rubber vacuum hose. It doesn't need to be anything fancy (but go ahead and paint it pink if you want).

There's three lines in there, grey, pink/purple, and a "whatever" line. The pink/purple line comes from inside the car to the vacuum ball, then the "whatever" line goes from the vacuum ball to manifold vacuum(?) on the engine and the grey one goes from in the car to the heater control valve.
Here's a diagram, I can get pics of my car's setup tomorrow, but it's definitely pink. I have the broken piece in my garage. The piece coming from in the car to the ball is broken. I'm not opposed to replacing it. I may just cut the ends straight and tape em together lol.

what size is the line to the intake mine was melted off.

On my car, both hard lines that connect to the vacuum ball are the same size. (Is that what you are asking?)

I spiced in a section of that plastic tube that comes with the mechanical oil pressure gauge.i used small pieces of vacuum hose over shrink tube @ the connections.worked so far.
