IM RE DOING THE INTERIOR OF MY 84 REGAL,AND RITE ABOVE THE GLOVEBOX WHEN I POPPED OUT THE REGAL LIMITED SIGN THERES A PLUG CONNECTED TO AS IT WOULD MAKE IT LIGHT UP OR SUMTHING WUT IS IT????????

Are you referring to the trunk lid opening button?

The trunk lid opener has it's own harness that is an add on and not part of the main dash harness, so that wouldn't be it.
