Think I've finally pinpointed where the loss of power is coming from in my car. It usually has plenty of power, like it will smoke em into 2nd gear no problem, but will barely spin em at all at the moment.
I'm hearing a snapping noise coming from the distributor and thinking something may be leaking voltage in there. Its not always constantly snapping, just every few seconds I'll hear a few. The motor also misses every time I hear it.
I checked the ohms on all the wires and they're all good. Also looked for any spark plug wires that may be arcing and none of them seem to be. The distributor is also new too, but I didn't replace the cap. The rotor is pretty new as well.
