Power window reulators

I'm sure some one has change the power window regulator in there g body, Mine are running really slow 🙁 . is there a site that explains how to do this? or is there some one that would take the time to explain it to this old man, plus there is another issue I'm having with the driver's side window too. when I sit in the car and roll up the window (driver's side) all the way up I can't open the door unless i roll the window down a bit, I had a baseball go thru the window and a buddy replace it for me, is there an a adjusting screw or something to adjust for that as well, thought i would try and tackle that problem when changing out the regulators,

ok in further review i have found out how to change them out (regulators), it was in the forum all along, guess I should of look before opening my mouth

The regulator track might just need re-lubricated, sometimes the motor can be strained by a lack of or old dried/tacky lube. Should be several adjustment points as found in the link elsewhere, most if not all have 10mm bolt/nuts.
