Why get so butt hurt over the prices of some items? The market will tell what it's worth.
It's either priced too high and no one will buy it OR it is to YOUR satisfaction and it's sold in 15 minutes. Sucks for the seller. Let it be.
As for 8.5" in particular. Shut up with the some other rear can be built for less money and take more power. There is another market out there that you are Not aware of. That is someone that wants a correct part, maybe for an original build or a clone. No a 9" or an 8.8 does not belong in there.
There is also another factor to pricing. It may be listed to see if it can raise enough funds to buy the next project.
