pulling engine this week . what else do i need from donor

So im pulling engine this week , what else do i need to pull from donor car??

Do i need a/c gas, pedal, computer.

Trying to get everything together for mechanic.

What engine from what year and car did the engine come from.

I have 86 cutlass supreme.
Donors are a tahoe and Silverado
He has a few 99 to 2008. Has 6.0 also..

What about brakes and rear end too.

So i need computer engine ....and

If the throttle body is a drive by wire you will need the gas pedel. I would grab the fuel pump out of the gas tank also. If you can I would take the whole donor vehicle to the mechanic for any small item that may have been overlooked.
