Can anyone tell me where I can get these speed nuts that hold the quarter glass in? I've actually found speed nuts In quite a few places on my regal and a lot are missing too. I want to make sure I order the right size. One of my quarter glass windows was only held in by a small amount of sealant I don't know how it didn't fall out

you measure the thickness or diameter of the stud. best done with a veneer caliper but a simple wrench will work also. use a 6mm wrench, it should fit around the stud, not to loose or to tight. 1/4" wrench may also work, they are both really close in size, but because you used a 10mm wrench or socket to remove the nut, you know it is a metric dimension you are working with. let us know what you find.

Thanks. Yeah my problem is when I look for speed nuts in metric sizes it shows me the U shaped clips instead of the tin speed nuts that I'm looking for. When I find the tin speed nuts they are all standard sizes not metric. When I find them I'm buying them in bulk! Lol what a pain in the *ss for these little tin nuts... Maybe they have a different name?

I'm heading to napa auto this morning. i'll see what they have available.
