ok i posted this in another section and got no replys so ill try it again in here. ok i have an 80 regal. right now she is sitting on 215/65/r15 all the wasy around. my fronts rub(car has moroso trick sproings all the way around). anyways i ways i am running corvette rally wheels 15x8 w/4''bs rear and 15x7 w/ 4"bs front. i was told i can fit a 275/60/15 in the rear which is what i am interested in doing. the car is a hefty 350 punched .60 specs are in sig. i am running an auburn pro posi 28 spline, w/ 3.73 gears, mosier hardened 28 spline axles, welded axle tubes, and a trick flow rear support cover. now my question is what tire should i look into getting? it will primarily be a weekend cruiser, and maybe go to the track a couple times a month during season. also im trying to figure out a slightly smaller front tire to help with the rub. i was thinking 205/60/r15. i like white letters but they are very limited. i was looking at bfg radial ta's as they are affordable, look excellent and classic and bfg make=s good rubber. anyways i was hoping for input on these tire choices and sizes. i want to run as fat in the back as i can get away with. thanks in advance guys

I got 15x8 all around with 235/60x15 front and 255/60x15 on the rears. The only thing is a slight rub on the extra large front sway bar.

I have had 275/60x15 ona number of gbodys with no issues.

Are you trying to handle or race because BFG are not a good street tire?

it will just be a good looking thumping weekend ride and trailer to the drag strip occasionally

any information or help guys?
