if i got heating or a/c coming out of only the top vents and floor and not the main dash vents could i have a bad a/c selector switch? how much and where could i pick one up at? thanks in advance.

Does it start working at cruise speeds?
drive constant 35 mph, then switch to another setting while driving. Could be the vacuum check valve failed.
