The doors on my 87 Regal close and latch too far in. What I mean is that the door at the back is not flush to the quarter panel when shut, it is recessed. Can this be adjusted through moving of the striker bolt outward? And yes the rubber stops are still installed on the inside face of the door. Thanks for the help in advance, been a long time since Ive adjusted doors on a g-body, close to ten years.
