I'm just taking a stab in the dark but, i'm guessing the tire dimensions like this "P 275 / 60 - 15" Are from left to right, Width, Profile(height), Rim size, right??

Somebody clear this up for me, because i'm kinda confused and i DONT want to order the wrong tires lol. 😛

I decided to get 8" rims all around though, and i'm going to do same-tire size all the way around so i can rotate.

it's width in mm, height--but it's a percentage of the width--also mm, and rim size in in
so a 275/60/15 breaks down to 10.8inW/6.5in tall(one side of the tire only) and 15in rim so total height is 6.5+6.5+15=28in
some tires mount differently. so make sure they work on an 8in rim, also the 10.8in(275mm) measurement is a little vague. i can't tell you how it works out on the tire, cause it varies, but the tire can wind up wider or narrower. so make sure you have extra room.

You got it.

275mm width
60% aspect ratio
15" rim size

Note:
The profile or aspect ratio is not a static measurement, but a percentage of tread width.
275mm x 0.60 = 165mm
165mm x 2 = 330mm (since you have 2 sidewalls)
330mm + (15" x 25.4mm/inch) = 711mm (total height)

EDIT: lol, too slow

Thanks for clearing that up guys, i posted on here before when i was about to buy tires, but i held off because i was confused about the dimensions, and didn't want to order the wrong stuff, but it's time for me to buy the new tires now lol.

I've got 15X8 " rims all the way around, i';m buying BFG's, what would you guys recommend for a good tire size?

275's seem alittle big...i was thinking more along the line of 225 / 60's ?
