Radiator paint job

So I was bored and decided that a Buick emblem would be cool painted on my radiator :idea: You can see it through the grille pretty good 8)

The reason its not center on the radiator is because I centered it with the grille itself :mrgreen:

thats pretty cool! everyone will probably do a double take expecting the griffin from griffin radiators on the front :lol:
 
During the last engine swap I thought of doing that except either a bowtie or "SS" but I wasnt sure what paint to use and whether or not it would show through the grill. Post some pics of it installed when you can!
 
I drew the emblem on cardboard and attached it to the radiator with toothpicks :idea: I just used standard DupliColor engine enamel for the paint, not sure how it'll hold up :|

I plan on putting a green neon light on the back side of the bumber to light the radiator up (mainly for cruis'ins and car shows)

I'll get a picture of it through the grille tomorrow :mrgreen:
