radio plate question

For the Regal guys out there. I was wondering if any of you know if a Regal radio face plate fits the same and is interchangeable with the Malibu/Monte radio face plate?
In pictures it seems that the radio, cig lighter, and ac placement is the same. but I couldn't tell if the Regal plate bolts up the same. Any help apreciated.thanksTIM

No, the two won't interchange without modification. The Regal uses the mounting screws strictly to retain the radio. The bezel is retained to the radio mounting plate and the dash by spring clips. The Chevy models use the two lower screws to retain both the plate and the bezel. I'm sure a little measuring and drilling could get it done, but it's not just a drop-in.
