REALLY NEED SOME HELP HERE.

Iv been looking for a rear floor pan cross brace for some time now. Iv posted many times on this subject. I know someone in this forum has had a prob simler to this before. take a look at the pic and you can see the brace is rusted off on both ends. can anyone tell me where I can get a new brace or how to go about fixing the prob. i cant move on in the project intel I get this prob fixed. if anyone can give me any kind of info would be great.

I think your only option is to cut the section you need out of a clean donor car.

If you can weld, you can beat a new piece out of flat stock, or make the new one out of some flat stock cut and pieced together to make the rough shape you need. Other than that, I am aware of no place to simply buy a new floor crossmember for that position. Unfortunately, G bodies are not 69 Camaros. you can't build a new one from reproduction parts, some stuff you gotta make yourself if you can't cut it out of a donor.

I'd say look on craigslist for a cheap parts car, or maybe the local yards. Otherwise keep your eyes out on here, alot of people part out alot of stuff here.
