Im looking into buying a 1984 Olds Cutlass Supreme but it needs new rear frame rails the rest of the car is pretty much mint how much is a frame rail job can u do it your self ?

it can be done yourself, you just gotta have the right tools, etc...just got done puttin frame rails on mine yesterday. find some rust free frame rails from any 78-87 gbody..they're identical.
