Hey Guys, I have a 86 Cutlass Salon, The rear springs are on their way out, i was wondering if anyone would know what springs i could put in the rear to give in like another 2 inches higher, maybe a little more? Someone said something about Station Wagon Springs, but I'm not too sure. I'm a mechanic, and will be doing it all myself. Thanks for the help!

From what i was told.....Not sure of it but when I got my car it had 3/4 ton van springs. It sat up high . Yes it had the 454 in it already .... just looks like it doesn't have an engine in it

I have a set that I bought for my Malibu. I had them on my car for less than two months and didn't like how high my car sat so I replaced them with drop springs. They still look brand new. Figure $40.00 plus shipping..I can send pics if you are interested..thanks tim

Find mid 80s full size oldsmobile such as Delta88/98 and pull the springs at the junkyard problem solved under $50 hope this helps

*** Edit: I forgot a guy on here told me you can just order new ones really cheap from 'moog' I believe at your local napa. Just say 1984 Olds Delta 88 instead of your model/yr cutlass. *
