Rear springs

Ive looked on the forum and haven't found what I'm looking for or maybe I over looked it. So I saw a sticky note on the Monte Carlo forum saying that A body springs would work on the Gbody but I saw another forum that said they wouldn't. Have anyone done this swap. I heard the 2in drop A body springs would lower the G body 3-3.5 inches.

No where near 3-3.5" but you can cut them to lower further.
