I used a 3M product that is a Urethane adhesive when I did mine. I got it from the local body supply store. You may have to block it up on some sort of spacer to keep it in line with where it is supposed to be while it sets up. Be sure to paint the edges of the glass with a "Frit", or a special black paint. This is to keep the UV light from going out the sides of the glass ( like a fiber optic cable) and deteriorating the paint and sealant from behind the trim pieces. GM went so far as to paint the area inside the channel black before installing the glass in some cases to prevent this from happening. I would price out a pro and see if it is not too expensive. I did my back glass just fine, but did mess up on the windshield and it slid down, so now sealant obscures the VIN plate a little because of when I slid it back up. I was really broke so I did it myself, but regret it a bit now. I don't think it was that much cheaper to do it myself, and I may have saved $50. I think the new windshield was only $125 (don't reuse old windshields, there is nothing like a new one and it is not too expensive). I shopped around and found a discount glass place that was cheaper. I did use a used back glass, but they don't get blasted by road debris, so they tend not to be pock marked like windshields are.
