My name is Doug,I live in a Pittsburgh PA. suburb .I've started acquiring the main parts for a project I've planned for years. A NOMAD version of a GBODY. I just got a 79 El Camino from California, the body is rust free. Now I'm looking for a Gbody stationwagon parts car to transplant the roof rear glass and tailgate. I'll have the 1/4 windows custom made. The El Camino B pillar is shaped similar to the old Nomads and the 64-65 Malibu 300 2 Dr.wagon.. I've got decade's of autobody experience, replacing entire back halves of cars, the right way. This forum has given me a lot of information already,I'll be a hardcore regular once I get the wagon started.

Interesting concept....I'll be watching the progress. Welcome aboard!

Welcome aboard from Louisville. It will be pretty cool to see your project take shape and I'm sure there will be plenty of us following along. Once you get the cars lined up i would recommend starting a build thread and keeping us updated pics, we all love pics!!!

Ain't nothing bad about being from North Side,my family and I lived there for awhile when I was real young. Your close to my sisters family, they're in Ford City. Keep your ears open to any Gbody wagons please.
