'86 el camino, I added electric fans and a 2000w amp for a new sound system. Wanting to also add a aftermarket alternator now.
I have a 350 in the camino and it looks like the wiring harness accepts a 1-wire style alternator (correct me if I'm wrong).
Does anyone know of a good alternator that will plug right into the gbody wiring harness? I'm not sure how many amps I need, but I'm thinking anything >120 amps should suffice.
