regal header panel

just wondering just how different the header panels are on the 81+ regals... mines an 82 and am slightly fustrated on the lack of grilles for the 81-83, and was wondering if the body lines/mounting points were significantly different on the 84+ years....they look virtually the same with the exception of the 1 peice grille...

I do not believe the body lines are any different, but the minor trim pieces line the grille, headlight bezels, etc. probably are. If you swap a complete header panel, you should be good. To make sure, check the Hollander Interchange for the fenders and hood. If they are the same it will work 100%.

appreciate it guys. this may be a route I go with, as all the grilles I find are 84 and up...mine's not in bad shape, but I'm not sure it'll polish up too well, and IDK if I want to try painting it...
