Regal Steering column question

I was at the junk yard today and pulled a tilt steering column out of an '84 Regal. My plan is to use it in my 79 Monte Carlo.

I'm wondering if the wiper blade controls are on the column or if they're on the dash like a Monte Carlo?

If they are on the column am I going to run into any problems switching my turn signal switch over or will everything plug right in?

The 84s had the wiper controls on the multi-stalk, not the dash.
