Removing ECM harness - 82 Regal

Can I cut the ECM harness? I'm not using anything but there is stuffed plugged up around and on top the a/c box that looks to be a separate harness but I didn't wanna chance it. How can you remove this harness without messing with the a/c? Thanks

It's a separate harness, at least it was on my 86. Rip that sucker out!
