I have tried everything, PB Blast all that crap! they are rusted pretty bad and will not budge any suggestions?

I assume your talking about the nuts that hold the seat to the floor pan bracket studs?

1) Wire brush them to get off the loose rust and let them soak with Penetrating oil

2) try taking a hammer and punch and tap on the flats of the nuts, enough to help break up the rust, but not so hard you damage the nut or the stud

3) make sure you have a socket that fit real good so you don't strip it. Then use a nice size 1/2 drive or breaker bar that you can get some good torque on them.

4) Heat works really well, but not sure how you do that with out catching the interior on fire.

You could always remove the seats from the tracks.
That's what I did when I reupholstered my front buckets.

I need a set of buckets for my 80 Malibu

If you have an extra set of GM buckets out of a G body please let me know.
We did the powertrain and body a couple of years ago. I can not bring myself to covering the bench seat.
I work for High Velocity Heads in Knoxville. Interested in some racing cylinder heads?

get a nut remover it will cut the nut off but won't damage the studs find out what size the stud is and run a die over it to clean the threads up and buy a new nut
