Restored?

So I have one add on CL right for a fuel cell and out of the blue I get a text asking if I have any Gbody parts, I respond that I have a 86' Regal driver's fender asking $70 for it and he asks if it has any rust and I send him this pic and say it has a few small surface rust spots.
His response was "Can it be restored?" I said just sand, prime and paint it but got no response.
I guess if I do actually post the fender on CL I will have to list it as "unrestored".

Please. I have a small boat on CL and all I get is dreamers that yak my ears off then never call back. Oh, and the ones that will pay more than I'm asking but will send a check and then arrange for their agent to pick it up. I never get tired of that one.
