I can't find a similar thread that was posted lately sooo

I may be picking up another project that has been sitting for 10 years. 350 Chevy with a TH350 and 8.5 rear(details later). I at least figure on seals/gaskets everywhere and replace all fluids. Up until 3 years ago it was turned over by the crank with a breaker bar monthly. How would you bring it back to life?

Pull the hot wire off the distributor, drain coolant and oil, fill with oil, replace oil filter, hit the key and make sure it builds oil pressure. Make sure it has fresh gas, reconnect the distributor wire and let her rip. You could pull the distributor out and use one of those drill adapters to prime it if it makes you feel good. By leaving the coolant out you can make sure it runs before it pukes antifreeze everywhere.
