Ribber sleeves in between door....

HI, guys.. Anybody knows how to install the rubber sleeve that covers the cable that Goes from the dash thru the side of the frame into the door? These cable are for electric Windows. I need to replace one on the driver side.

Need to unplug the wires(connectors are buried in the footwell openings. There are tiny screws that hold each end of the rubber tube in place. Depending on condition there is sometimes some electrical wrap that also holds the ends of the tube to the wires. just pull each end out slowly and you can fish wires out. Install is just the reverse.

Are the cables individually connected? Or are there nested in a connector?
