Rice Ticket

I issued two, the first persons reaction was not pleasant.

First one was actually on the windshield and the dude threw a fit as I was watching. The guy I handed it to just gave me the your an ******* look and drove away.

Hahaha... I wonder if the first guy didn't think the joke was funny, or if he was so dumb he thought it was a real ticket and that's why he flipped out? Sounds funny either way I'd like to give out one and watch... But it seems that these days you don't see very many ricers around anymore. I think that craze might be on its way out, or just about completely gone. :lol:
