rocker arm torque spec 3.8 2 bbl

as the title suggests, what is the rocker arm torque spec for the buick 3.8 non turbo? ive been told 30 ft lbs, but that seems way too tight for rocker arms to me. 20 ft lbs is my guess but does anyone know for sure?

Factory spec is 30 ft lbs

will it hurt anything if i torque them to 20? i put them to 30 and it felt like i was gonna strip the threads.

I would go by spec but if you feel uneasy split the difference at 25
