With our g-bodies is it as simple as taking some -6an fuel hose and clamping it onto the tank output line and running it to the fuel pumps input or is there more to it? any walk through or input? all help is appreciated

I wouldnt advise crimping braided hose. The braided steel around it will pretty much guarantee a leak. If you want to use the AN hose then do it right and get the fittings.

I would use hard line from the tank to engine compartment. 90/10 copper nickle alloy is very easy to work with and never corrodes.

thanks for the info. yeah i wasn't just going to drop any hose on without the proper fittings lol i was just curious if thats all there was to it when running an electric fuel pump the reason i want a bigger gas line is because im running a pretty fuel hungry system plus nitrous i wanna make sure i never lean out

I wouldn't use -6 (3/8") with that type of setup. I would use -8 (1/2"). And modify the sender as well to the 1/2".

You can also buy a sending unit for running 1/2 fuel lines... look up robbmcperformance.com
