I Own a 1982 Cutlass 4 Door Brougham, My Running lights/ Reverse lights, Are not working, But My Brake Lights, as Well as my Signals Work, My Gauge lights Are Not Working, I've Purchased and Installed a Dimmer Switch, Change the Tail Fuse, Insturment panel fuse, I hear a POP and that's it, So I figure i have a short somewhere, Any Suggestions on how i go about this? :?
