s10 lug pattern?

I found a set of rims, trying to figure out if they will work? Its on a s10 extreme, idk what year, but it looks like this, i matched the tire size and they are they are 1" taller than 215:65:15's that are on there now. idk about offset, it looks like there may be spacers behind the rims but i cant tell. My brother may be getting the truck and wants different wheels so he can run a bigger tire. yes i know they are 20's but they may look good, ill chop them later...

S-10 should be small bolt chevy(4.75 bolt pattern) same as the gbodies

yes, they will bolt right on. youll probably need to use the spacers from the S10 also as it looks like those wheels have lots of backspacing.
