Sawblades!!

I was able to snag some Corvette Sawblades from a buddy of mine recently, I always likes the way they looked on the Vettes but wasn’t sure how they would look on a Monte.

So I mocked them up and *shocker* they didn’t just slide on. 1 Amazon order later, I have (4) 2” hub centric spacers.

My car is pretty low so they fill the wheel well nicely. I may paint the centers gunmetal or black but that’s still up in the air!

IMO OEM wheels look good on any car. I'm running 1999 ZQ9 wheels from a Sonoma. that is my opinion. Those wheels look good on there. I tried one of my CTS-V wheels on mine and they looked good, but I had to put it back on the V!

I don't like the salad shooter rims my El Co came with damn they are ugly, if I sell any thing those rims are going with lol. I will post a pic after it warms up it was -10 this morning and right around zero now

This has nothing to do with wheel choice:
Don't take it personal, only -10, don't be a Wimp! Down here in Texas we are in the low to mid 20's people are rioting and looting in the streets in panic, our governor has called out the National Guard, hold news conferences with his minions in attendance, supermarkets are swamped as people hoard toilet paper and other essentials like guns and ammo (essential items here in TX), schools are closed, no trash pickup. I don't know what happened to the "Neither Rain or Snow/Ice", no mail too. Otherwise, we are fine down here. My Little Garage is a warm and toasty 40 degrees (it doesn't have heating!) Sorry to all the rest of ya'll under real snow and super cold.

Where in TX exactly did all of this "rioting & looting in the street in panic" occur?

Schools closed because of reduced staffing (virus & flu season). With the roads possibly iced over it made sense to keep kids home. They did similar stuff when I was a kid going to elementary - high school >30yrs ago. They'll shut select schools down when there are heating related issues as well. Makes sense to me.
No mail or trash pick-up? Same icy road scenario. No sense sending out state/government vehicles that aren't an absolute necessity (either scenario can be delayed a day or 2). Heck, my bank was closed as well "for the safety of customers & staff". Again, makes sense to me.

Governor doing the 'winter storm' updates on the news? That's basically to coddle the worried faction of the public because of the extended hours w/o power last year. There were power outages but again you have to explain to certain factions of people that the ice forming on old trees can cause branches or large portions of the tree to contact & mess-up power lines. Sad that that has to be explained to adults but we do live in a state/world like that.

I can see a whole motor pool filled with Abrams Tanks, Bradley Fighting Vehicles, Apache Helicopters and Strykers. Nobody is coming around messing with us!!!!!!
