Does anyone know what length rocker arm stud will work for a set of Olds #6 heads?
I'm going to be using a set of Scorpion 1050 roller rocker arms. Those require a 3/8" stud. Also going to be using a Crane 809621 Roller cam. .542/.563 lift. w/ Crane valve springs- 391 lbs. open pressure.
So I'm not sure what "effective" stud length will be ok. Also I will need a either 7/16" or 3/8" base thread. The stock 5/16" base threads I'm afraid aren't going to be enough to hold.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
