Are the 60/40 split bench seat tracks the same for bucket seats?

Probably not. If the manual split bench seat tracks are the same as the power split bench seat tracks, then the seat mounting holes on the track are approximate 1" wider apart on the driver's side than a bucket seat track. Not sure about the passenger's side. If you're converting to bucket seats, your best bet is to try to locate the correct bucket seat tracks. Good luck.
