it's called devthane 378. Compares to Imron polyurethane. We had some of this stuff sitting around the shop so I decided to give it a try. The parts I sprayed came out nice and the finish is very tough. I think this stuff would work great on frames, engine bays or anywhere you'd want a semi gloss finish. The price is under 100 dollars for a gallon of paint and a quart of activator. This is thick stuff, I used urethane reducer to thin.
