Here's my 78 Lemans....went and looked at wheels yesterday!
The plan....

Dual exhaust next week!
15 x 7 and 15 x 8 Cragar S/S Wheels on BF Goodrich T/A Raised White Letter Tires
215 70 15's and 255 60 15's...So that's the plan...Think that will help her appearance???

I really like your car. I had Cragar ss' on a 79mc and they really set it off. You should paint that car black. Thats definitely the worst factory color I've seen on a gbody - I'm assuming its factory at least if its not somebody is a dumbass

LOl....it just rained when I took the pic....It's actually two tone gray....light on the top , dark on the bottom...A paint job will be way down the road , although she is in need of one....Thanks for the Compliment? LOL

man I'm sorry to say it but I've always wanted to own a pontiac and you should do that one justice paint it triple black w/ some specs and maybe a lil red instead of buying rims and get the pontiac crest up front done. Then even if you keep those rims that are already there and flip the whitewalls side-wall-in the whole appearance of the car would significantly improve overall. If I could go back to the stage of resto you're in, I'd repaint the car (mines white) instead of doing wheel / tire. You're right the rain really makes a grey car look like trash I owned two grey cars and hated them both. The 3rd grey car I bought went straight to the paintshop and got done up nice (it was a silverado)

Gl whatever you do - dont forget to do a build thread. Theres plenty late 80s cars but not a lot of build thread on one like yours. My car came from Oklahoma too and I went there to get it - Sallisaw to be exact ( mines a cutty ;-] )

yea I really like that model. I think if I see a roller or a v6 going for cheap I'll try to get one myself actually. Like I was saying I've always wanted to own a pontiac. I bet yours has a 301 ?
