Size issues? 17x8 w/ 4.5" backspacing

As the title says are there any issues with a set of 17x8 with 4.5" backspacing?

The wheel should fit, at least in the rear, what size tire are you going to run. You'll have to go with something fairly low profile.

I am going to run 245/45 on the front and 255/45 or 275/40's on the rear
