ok guys heres my story. I sold my daughters wore out 05 dodge magnum. Motor ran but was bad. Car had lots of issues that needed attention. But the motor 2.7 v6 was the major issue. I disclosed all the issues to potential buyers. Finally had a young fella that really wanted it. I was asking 1500 for it but i sold it for a 1000. He kept blowing up my phone but only had a 1000 to buy it. So i conceded and let him have it for that price. He didnt even want to test drive it. He just wanted it. So i sold it to him. 4 hrs later he calls me and says the motor blew up and wants his money back. I told him no way. I had explained to him that i had told him about all the issues especially the engine. I dont know if he had done something like over reving the engine or what. What do u guys think.

If you disclosed the motor was on it's way out, too bad. Yeah, we got rid of our 2010 Challenger because of the POS 3.5. They are not a good series of engines.

I explicitly sell everything as-is. Sounds like you disclosed everything you knew, I wouldn’t be losing any sleep.
