Speedo Reading Way Off

Car is finally complete after a transmission rebuild.

My speedo reading is about 15mph too fast!

Dumb question but dont all 700r4 s have OD?

I saw on another thread that you can buy a ratio type deal to put on transmission to fix the speedo reading issue...

What's my best option?
