Can someone please point me in the right direction where I can read or that they know about these vacuum lines that run do the speedo box. I took that charcoal box out and I’m trying to remove unnecessary vacuum lines I don’t need?

Those will run into the firewall to connect with the pedal switch for the cruise control along with all the wiring for it. I'm guessing the hose that supplied the vacuum from the engine is arleady disconected. You'll need to plug that hole after everything is removed. A 2" plug will work.
